PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! YOU MUST CALL OR COME BY THE SHELTER TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS IN ADVANCE!
Our date for the Spay/Neuter Clinic is every 3rd Wednesday of the month
Cash payment is required at the time your pet is dropped off the morning of the clinic. Extra expenses will need to be paid in cash at time of pick-up.
Please either call us for more information at 434-946-2340 or come in person to pay for the surgery & other procedures.
There is no transportation fee
Dog Vet Services:
- Dogs under 80lbs.
- Neuter $225
- Spay $225
- Dogs 80 lbs. and over
- Neuter $250
- Spay $255
- E-collars (cones) are included at no additional cost for dogs
- Microchip $25 (free registration)
- Rabies $20
- 4DX Test $40 – tests Lyme Disease, Heartworm, Ehrlichia, & Anaplasma (with surgery)
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough) $20 (with surgery)
- Distemper (DHPPC) $25 (with surgery)
- Wellness appointment $20
Dog Dental Services
- Dental services require a pre-operative office visit of $25.
- At that time our staff will discuss necessary services and pricing.
- Initial dental appoinatment, which includes full mouthx-rays, cleaning and polishing, and extractions, is $500 (everything we can do in 3 hours.) Any further extractions are scheduled out are $145 per hour.

Outdoor Community Cat Spay and Neuter Services
Outdoor community cat spay/neuter appointments are $55 and include rabies vaccine and ear-tip.
